Aerating
Core Aeration in the fall is necessary to maintain a vibrant and lush fescue lawn

Increased Nutrient Availability
De-compaction
Better Results
Core Aeration opens up the soil, allowing better penetration of fertiliser, air and water. With less run-off, more of the vital components for growth stay in the soil.
Throughout the year, soil hardens from rain, mowing and foot traffic. Aerating allows the soil room to break apart and break through the thatch and clay layers resulting in superior root growth and higher germination rates.
With deep and strong roots, better moisture retention and higher nutrient availability, your lawn will thrive and be better suited to survive Tennessee's hot summers. Aeration is a must for a vibrant Fescue lawn.

How we cultivate superior lawns
The irrigation system will be run before aerating, to allow the soil to get slightly moist, this will help with coring depth. We will also mark all irrigation head and gates found in the yard.
Flagging irrigation systems
Average core depth is between 2-5." This ensures deep penetration of nutrients and water. This also allows for hard packed clay to be broken up and allow roots to grow deeper and strong
Deep coring
The property is first outlined twice, then a cross hatch pattern will be aerated inside the outline. This allows for multiple passes over all areas from multiple directions ensuring uniform coverage.
