Pricing by zone count

Flat rate per visit, residential. You know the price before we show up.

  • 1–8 zones: $99 (minimum)

  • 9–12 zones: $125

  • 13–20 zones: $150

  • 21–30 zones: $200

  • 31+ zones: $200 + $7 per zone over 30

Not sure how many zones you have? Count the stations on your controller, or pick "I don't know" on the form and we'll count them on site.

Before we arrive

You don't need to be home. Just take care of these four things:

  1. Controller access. Unlock the garage or controller, send us the door code, or give us access through your controller's app.

  2. Water shutoff. Tell us where your irrigation shutoff valve is.

  3. Backflow location. Tell us where your backflow preventer is and pick an option below.

  4. Yard access. Gates unlocked and pets inside on service day.

Your backflow: pick one

Option A – Remove it and leave it on the doorstep. We disconnect the backflow after the blowout and set it at your front door so you can store it inside for winter.

Option B – Leave it connected, valves open. We leave it in place, drained, with its valves and test cocks open so trapped water can't freeze and crack it.
